Canteen
St Luke's is committed to healthy eating. Full-time professional chefs provide a selection of nutritious home style meals each day, minimising the use of processed foods containing high sugar, salt or fat content.
The menu ranges from basic to gourmet, covering the wide variety of needs of students from Pre-School to Year 12. A typical daily selection includes 2 - 3 different hot meals, cold foods such as sandwiches, salads and sushi, and tasty treats such as fruit, yogurt, ice blocks and other snacks.
The Canteen also relies on the help of parent volunteers, which provide a great opportunities to parents to become involved in the daily life of the School.
Nut Policy
St Luke’s aims towards being an ‘allergy friendly’ school.
Due to food allergies of several of our students, students are asked not to include nut products as part of their recess or lunch. This includes chocolate treats and chocolate and nut spreads such as Nutella.
All pre-ordering for both campuses is done online via Flexischools which provides a convenient way to order lunches in advance.
Uniform Shop
The School Uniform Shop is managed by Ranier Schoolwear and is the supplier for new uniforms and accessories for St Luke’s students.
Student Uniform Fit-out appointments are essential for:
- All new students starting at St Luke's (during the Term prior to the term of commencement)
- All students starting the new year in Kindergarten (during Term 4 the year before commencement)
Current families, please refer to Grammar News for the current requirements for appointments and opening hours.
Fitout appointments are available by creating an account on the Ranier website and selecting Book an Appointment.
Please note if you have multiple children starting, you will need to book one appointment for each child.
Retail and Online Store
Under the management of Ranier, the Uniform Shop will operate 4 days a week at the Dee Why campus (see below) and Bayview families will enjoy the convenience of ‘pop-up’ stores and fitting events, especially during orientation periods. The online store is available to purchase from 24/7, 365 days a year. Delivery options include 'click and collect' and postage. Orders can be placed here.
