Congratulations to the St Luke’s boys who represented NASSA in the AICES cup. The team progressed through the tournament undefeated, winning games by a minimum of 20 and in some cases by over 50 points. They were then up against the notorious Hunter Region, who in most recent years have been a very strong contender, usually taking home the final prize. But this year, the NASSA boys outplayed them and ended up defeating them by 12 points and being crowned the 2015 AICES Cup Champions.

The boys from St Luke’s who competed were: James Beverley (Year 12), Will Gracie (Year 12), Joe Hale (Year 9), Jordan Hargrove (Year 12), Tom Isherwood (Year 12) and Van Stewart (Year 12). All six of these boys have now been selected to represent AICES at the upcoming State CIS Basketball Championships.
